I found them aplenty in the local government run resort in Patag, Silay, which has a swimming pool and a mini forest and garden and a former Japanese army field hospital. Trumpet flowers are very conspicuous because of their large size. They are not daturas but they still pack hallucinogens. I saw pure white trumpets and some orange tinged flowers.
These trumpets are brugmansias varieties, the white ones are brugmansia suaveolens
